Year-Round Family Fun at Our Hotels Near Knott's Berry Farm
Knott's Berry Farm is just minutes from our hotel at 8039 Beach Blvd. Buena Park, CA 90620. Knott's opens daily at 10am, closing times vary depending on season or special event.
Visit Knott's Berry Farm for year-round fun. The world's first amusement park! Knott's Berry Farm is filled with world-class thrills, fun, and family entertainment. What was once an actual berry farm is now 160 acres of exciting rides, unique family shows and one-of-a-kind attractions.
Later hours and more live entertainment mark the summer season at Knott's. Summer is THE time to visit Knott's Berry Farm as we roll out a fantastic line-up of live entertainment including the all new, "Happiness Is...," ice show and don't miss "Snoopy's Starlight Spectacular" which glows brighter than ever. Also back by popular demand is the All Wheels Extreme Show featuring gravity defying BMX Bikers, In-Line Skaters, a Trails Rider, Gymnasts and a
skateboarding canine. Check out the live entertainment at Knott's.
This summer Knott's will invite guests to rise above the crowd as they board WindSeeker. Rising 300 feet in the air, WindSeeker will take 64 passengers to new heights as it ascends above the theme park and then swings passengers for a ride like no other.
WindSeeker will feature 32, 2-person gondolas that will ascend to a height of 301 feet. Once it has reached the top of the tower, WindSeeker will spread it's metal arms swinging riders for a 60 second flight at a 45 degree angle at a speed of 8 rotations per minute. Riders will experience a spectacular sense of weightlessness. This, combined with the fact that riders legs will be unrestrained, will create a sense of exhilaration which will enhance the feeling of free flight.
Knott's Scary Farm
Windseeker is just the latest ride at Knott's. Other familiar favorites include La Revolucion, Supreme Scream, Boomerang, Montezoomas Revenge, Ghostrider, Xcelerator, Wheeler Dealer Bumper Cars, Perilous Plunge and more.
Other popular attractions for little ones include: Camp Snoopy, Snoopy Theatre, panning for gold or taking pictures with the PEANUTS gang. If food is on the to do list stop by Mrs. Knott's chicken dinner, the Farm Bakery or try the Log Ride funnel cake.
Other seasonal celebrations at Knott's include Knott's Scary Farm where the park is transformed into a haunted theme park and the undead come out for a wicked good time. During Knott's Merry Farm the park is decorated for the holidays and the PEANUTS gang have even been known to get into the holiday spirit by caroling through the park.
Knott's Soak City Waterpark is located in Orange County across from Knott's Berry Farm and just minutes from our hotel. It is open from Memorial weekend through Labor day weekend. Park opens at 10am closing times vary.
Soak City has a variety of thrilling water rides for thrill seekers of all ages. Some of the slides include: Banzai Falls, Laguna Storm Water Tower and Malibu Run. These offer slides with mats, open slides with inner tubes and enclosed water tubes.
For the brave at heart, Old Man Falls is the ultimate in gravity-defying thrills, try the speed-slide action of Pipeline, Point Break and Riptide atop 63-ft.-high Old Man Falls. Lie on your back and let 'er rip!
For those looking fun unusual fun Pacific Spin is a thrilling multi-person raft ride that includes a 132-foot long tunnel that drops its riders 75 feet into a six-story funnel. After pitching riders back and forth through 5,500 gallons of swirling water, the ride culminates in a waterfall splash.
The little ones will enjoy Gremmie Lagoon which offers our smallest thrill seekers their own pint-sized playground of interactive octopus, submarines and other oversized landmarks that squirt, sprinkle, soak and splash kids and parents too!
When you are ready for a rest try Sunset River. This lazy river is 1,780-ft.-long and one-third mile in length. The giant figure-eight waterway is the widest and one of the longest water park lazy rivers in the world!
Tidal Wave Bay locals know to head for our 750,000-gallon Tidal Wave Bay for the City's best surf. Here, you can bask in the sun when the waves are "off" and shoot the curl when the breakers start rolling in!
Last but not least is the Toyota Beach House exclusively for tomorrow's surfers, the Toyota Beach House offers three stories of hands-on water fun including interactive water guns, nozzles, faucets and other surprises. And beware! Every five minutes the water bucket unloads 500 gallons of water on anyone below!
After working up an appetite stop by Longboards Grill for hamburgers and hot dogs or drop in at Surfin Tacos Grill for fajitas, burritos and tacos.
Most slides are for riders 42"- 48" tall, lockers and changing rooms are available.
